Damaged product

If the item of merchandise you purchased is damaged on receipt, and you would like your money back or to exchange the item, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your order.  In this case please email treasurer@lejog.org with the details and we will arrange either for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or a full refund, whichever is requested

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, please email us at treasurer@lejog.org.
If you cancel your order before we despatch it, we will refund all sums you have paid to us for that order (including the delivery costs paid by you).
If you cancel after we have despatched your order and you would like a refund or exchange, please notify us within 14 days of receipt at treasurer@lejog.org. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Unless returning an item due to a fault, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We will notify you of the return address.
